Dear customer service/front desk/etc.,
I don't care if your boyfriend dumped you for another bitch last night or if your cat died. I honestly don't get why you channelled your anger towards me, when I clearly did nothing wrong. I spoke to you nicely and I expected a nicer reply. Whatever problems you're having, keep it professional since, you know, you're CUSTOMER FREAKING SERVICE. If you wanna vent, do it when you're not needed. Keep that in mind.
